My journey has been shaped by constant change. Growing up as a native of Guam and moving frequently throughout my childhood taught me invaluable lessons in adaptability and understanding diverse perspectives – skills I leverage daily in building strong client relationships.

An Innate Drive for Sales & Solutions

Selling and finding opportunities have always been part of my DNA. From early entrepreneurial ventures selling in-demand items in school to exceeding sales quotas as a bank teller right after high school, I've consistently been drawn to the challenge and connection of sales. While I initially thrived on the competition of being #1, my focus has evolved towards continuous self-growth and pushing my own boundaries.

This drive led me through diverse roles over the past 15+ years:

  • Aerospace Defense (Freedom Precision Hardware): I managed complex accounts like Lockheed Martin subcontractors, ensuring compliance (ISO, DFARS) and driving client acquisition. I even developed an Excel automation tool that significantly streamlined bidding, freeing up time that directly led to acquiring 11 new clients shortly after a promotion.

  • Executive Consulting (TMI Leadership Consulting): In this dynamic role, I blended marketing and sales, automating campaigns, organizing high-value training events, and securing executive-level clients through strategic outreach.

  • Industrial Distribution (RelaDyne): Tasked with revitalizing a challenging portfolio of 500+ SMB accounts within a new inside sales structure, I leveraged data analysis (Sage ERP) and developed custom tools to achieve an average 30% YoY Gross Profit growth for four consecutive years, hitting 150% of my target annually

I'm a firm believer in continuous learning and am eager to deepen my technical skills within an innovative environment.

Why Account Management?

For me, account management is the ideal intersection of my passions. It combines the thrill of sales, the power of genuine connection, and an entrepreneurial spirit. I love diving deep to understand different businesses, collaborating to find effective solutions, and ultimately, helping others succeed. It’s challenging, rewarding, and exactly what I enjoy doing. This role allows me to be invested, not just employed, and I bring that commitment to finding solutions, even if it requires extra time and effort.

Looking Ahead

After taking a career break starting in May 2022 to focus on my young son, who is now thriving, I'm excited to bring my unique blend of resilience, adaptability, sales acumen, cross-functional collaboration skills, and passion for technology to an innovative organization that embraces change. I'm confident that my experience and drive, partnered with the right company, can create outstanding results.

Beyond Work

When I'm not focused on work, I love spending time with my husband (a welder) and our adventurous 4-year-old son. We enjoy local events, grilling by the pool, and unwinding with some gaming. I also nurture my creative side through a small business designing moss walls and occasionally assist my husband with welding contracts.
